Peter suffers from a condition that finds physical expression in occasional uncontrollable fits of song-writing; he has suffered from this for around half a century. He mainly plays guitar, with occasional excursions onto keyboards, mandolin and sitar. In the 1970s he was involved in the production of three vinyl albums, now rarities fetching ridiculous amounts of money on e bay. Since then he has produced an album every year or so, some resulting in considerable critical acclaim; 'My Barometer is Right (but the weather is wrong)' (2011) produced with old friend Sian Harry recieved a maximum 10* rating from the Cross Rhythms Website. He sings in folk clubs, churches, festivals and these days is a regular performer at the Burntisland Acoustic Night.
